Iran Persian Beauty Secrets: Full Set of 5 x Organic Natural Sefidab Tablets, 1 Blue Kisseh & 1 Leef

The Sefidab QUANTITY WILL BE ENOUGH FOR WEEKS while the Kiseh & Leff will be good enough for several years!

Kiseh ( کیسه حمام ) & Sefidab ( سفیداب ) are an essential part of the Iranian bath time routine. In use since antiquity, sefidab is a white-colored substance made of animal fat and naturally occurring minerals. Paired with a kiseh, scrubbing glove or mitt, sefidab is an excellent exfoliator and peel for the entire body. While showering, rub some sefidab on to your scrubbing mitt and thoroughly scrub the body removing dead skin and dirt. Use sefidab before washing up with soap inside the Leef & the effects will be diminished. The result is beautiful, smooth skin without spending a fortune at the spa.

------------

Sefidab (meaning "white water") is an ancient Iranian cosmetic and cleanser that is used to exfoliate dead skin and expose new, soft, radiant skin. Sefidab can be used by both sexes and works for all skin types.

Application:
- Body: Wet Sefidab and parts of the skin. Start scrubbing the skin in a back and forth motion with Kisseh. Apply water in order to rinse, rinse several times, and wipe away any remaing debris and dead skin with running water. Skin should feel rejuvinated, radiant, and silky.
- For face: Wet face and Sefidab. Beginning with the forehead, start scrubbing in a circular motion towards one side of the face, onto the chin area, and the up towards opposite side of face. Apply water to rinse, rinse several times, and wipe away any remaing debris with running water.

>> Always use Sefidab before washing your skin with soap & Leef.
>> Stop using Sefidab if it causes an allergic reaction.

Sefidab has existed for several thousands years in Iran. I remember reading somewhere that during the time in Iran where Zoroastrism was the ruling religion, the Sefidab was a very important cosmetic step for both men and women. It was a great part of Iranians skincare. It is known for its’ cleasing and exfoliating effect. It stimulates your bloodcirculation and gives you a more even skintone. You can say that Sefidab is a natural peeling, consisting of only natural ingredients and minerals. There are those who say that it is made from the backbone of sheep, I do not know this for sure.

Sefidab is usually used in the shower where the pores of your skin are warm and “open” so to say. You usually have a Kiseh (which is a squared glove made out of thick fabric to massage your body with) and you rub the Sefidab on to the Kiseh before rubbing it on the rest of your body. The use of Sefidab along with Kiseh is usually recommended up to 1-3 times a week and not more since it is indeed an exfoliator/ a scrub so be a bit extra careful if you have sensitive skin or open wounds/acne. As with the use of any other exfoliator/scrub keep in mind that it is important to hydrate your skin afterwards with a good hydrating cream.
